Section 01
We collect information you provide when creating an account and using the platform:
Account information: name, email address, firm name, and subscription details.
Case data: documents, files, and evidence you upload to the platform. This includes PDFs, images, videos, audio files, and any other file types you upload.
Usage data: actions taken within the platform (uploads, certificate generation, document views, tool usage) for the purpose of maintaining the audit trail that is core to the platform's evidence authentication function.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other payment credentials on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We do not use your case data, documents, or evidence files for any purpose other than providing the platform services you requested.

When you use AI Document Review, the content of the reviewed document is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. Review results are stored in your Attested account and are not shared with other users. AI Document Review is an optional feature that you initiate manually for each document.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (AWS-backed). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Row-level security policies ensure that each user can only access their own cases and evidence. Source evidence files are stored in isolated Supabase Storage buckets with per-user access controls.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
Section 07
Your case data and evidence files are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete a case, all associated files and metadata are permanently deleted. If you close your account, all data is deleted within 30 days. Audit trail records are retained for the duration of your account to maintain evidence integrity.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting anthony@attested.legal. Louisiana residents and users in jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws may have additional rights. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.

Attested uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that track you across other websites.
Section 10
Attested is designed for licensed attorneys and legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Section 11
We may update this privacy policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
